Summer of Reflection

This summer season has been for rest and reflection, allowing us to look deeply within our lives/souls and see what lives there.  For those of us who love diving deeply into the unknown the reflection has been fun and even bringing us answers to long quested questions.  But for those of you less thrilled to look deeply within it has been a scary ride this year and not always easy to accept.  Why is the universe asking us to face our fears and face the whole truth of self?  Without whole acceptance of self we cannot change ourselves or the world around us.  Remember you can accept yourself even if you don’t like what you find.  You can accept you’ve been procrastinating about doing your artwork and than choose to change your habit to allow more fun and art time, something I’m doing for myself.  What do you need to face?  Is there a habit within you need to accept so you too can change it into something positive?  With the super moon of August 10th we have amazing guidance from the Moon Goddess energy to look deeply into the soul.  Take a moment in reflection this month and greet that inner self, you will find a friend to help you achieve your dreams.

Blessings to you and all your relations!

Voices from Spirit – Mother Mary channeling – Walking Through Fear

My Dear Children, today I’d like to speak you about fear. In your media, politics, and your daily thoughts I hear the need to abolish all fear, that fear is the silent killer. But how can you destroy something that is part of you? Fear is another part of being human, a tool, that is meant to help you to grow and explore in your world. However when fear is allowed to rule our thoughts, and even our government, it can cause great pain and confusion. Instead of waging a war on ourselves and our fear; let’s understand how it serves us and embrace our fear. It is only by walking through our fear can we truly live and be one.

By understanding how fear serves your growth can you let go of the fear.   Each person has a structure to their lives, what they will and will not do. This structure and it’s boundaries are different for each person allowing some to jump from an airplane and others to never fly. What keeps a person grounded from the plane is fear; in their structure of life flying is not something they are willing to try. These fears keep us safe within our set boundaries. These boundaries however can hurt us when we change the structure of our current lives and the fear does not serve us anymore. The fear becomes a locked door holding us back from the path we are trying to walk.  It is this resistance to change we feel when we spin in our thoughts and doubt our actions.  Limitations and fears are what we must let go of to jump to our next level of awareness, growth and consciousness.

Identify your fear by questioning your doubts. When we doubt ourselves we can piece together a map showing us all our fears around life. Some fears can be quite easy to see and even still serve us well. For example the fear of hurting yourself from falling off a tall building is a fear that protects from future accidents.  Others are subtle and take meditation and review of ourselves to see; like a fear of failure that was taught to you at an early age by a parent who feared their failures at work or parenting. Often it is a huge leap in growth that brings the most fear to the surface because of the large restructuring of our beliefs. By identifying each fear and understanding why we needed it in our lives we can continue to move forward. Fear is to be honored and dismissed, for it has done exactly what it was asked to do.  Our fear of lack of money may have created caution when spending money that now allows us to save money for greater success.  When we transform our fear into something positive we forget it started as a fear in our lives, and if we find a fear we know it too can transform into something positive.

By loving the fear we can be open to new joy and abundance in our lives. We must let go of our fear lovingly for why struggle needlessly against yourself? Try taking one fear of yourself today and sitting in meditation as you would a great teacher. Discuss how and why it serves you.   Can you show your fear how you are ready to transform it into something positive?  And if you are ready to let go of it’s services, release it to the Divine. All great explorers walk through their own fears to go into the unknown, as will each of you on this day. All my love to my beloved explorers.
